有些家长经常自豪地说：“我娃就听老师的，老师能管得住他！”
还有的无奈地说：“哎，等上了学就好了，自然有老师去管他！”
甚至有的家长不负责地说：“开家长会真的很没意思，老师在上面说废话，我在下面睡觉！”
你自己生的，你都不管，还指望老师帮你管？那你为人父，为人母的责任何在？地里的庄稼尚且需要农民辛勤付出一季，方能有好的收成，何况是一个活生生的孩子？
殊不知，一个孩子学习成绩的好坏，老师只是客观因素，最重要的还是学生自己。而“学生自己”之间的差距，归根结底是父母之间的差距！
正所谓“养不教，父之过，教不严，师之惰”连古人都能意识到教育孩子最重要的责任人是父母。而现在却还有很多家长觉得教育孩子是老师的事情，自己只负责养。
西方发达国家的年轻恋人如果想领取结婚证，必须参加政府举办的父母学校，培训合格，才能领到结婚证。而在我国很多父母都是稀里糊涂的就上岗了，等到孩子出现各种问题，感觉无力改变时，才发现自己没有好好学习做父母，甚至有的父母只知道指责孩子，埋怨别人，从不反思自己。
做家长的，必须负起这些应负责任，老师代替不了你！任何人都代替不了！
▊ 1、培养孩子健全的人格
任何事业的成功，都弥补不了孩子人格的缺陷。一个孩子成绩的好坏是其次，没有健全的人格却很难在社会上立足。甚至还可能走上犯罪的道路，而老师代替不了家长去从小培养孩子健全的人格。
▊ 2、培养孩子良好的性格
一个具有良好性格的孩子，大家都会喜欢他，乐意与他相处。相反，那些性格不好的人，在学校里常常会被孤立。这样的孩子自己也会很自卑或者很自负，要么是飞扬跋扈，要么是妄自菲薄，总之，都是不受欢迎的类型。
所以你把孩子教的任性、霸道、脾气不好时，自己就该反省了。家庭成员可以无条件地包容你们的“小皇帝”“小公主”，社会只会视他为熊孩子！
▊ 3、培养孩子阅读的习惯
8-14岁是孩子的黄金阅读期，而良好的阅读习惯，是父母需要从2-3岁时期就开始培养的。如果做父母的都不肯坐在书桌前30分钟，怎么去要求孩子乖乖读书呢？更有甚者有的父母还边看电视，边督促孩子念书，这样孩子心里能平衡吗？

阅读不仅可以提高写作水平。更重要的是能扩充孩子的知识面，发散其思维，还能使得他在学习上更加游刃有余。阅读量大的孩子，成绩一般不会差到哪里去，而且还会成为高中时期的“黑马”，综合素质也会很高。
▊ 4、培养孩子的综合素质
一个成绩非常优异的孩子，除了自身天分外，其实更多的是他具有很强的自控力，专注力和求知欲。而这三种能力的培养，是需要家长从小就实施的，靠老师短时期的培养是很难达到的。
很多老师常说，好学生和差生的最大差距就是四十五分钟的差距，而这三种能力直接决定了上课时45分钟的效果。
▊ 5、培养孩子较高的情商
十年寒窗，在学习的过程中会遇见很多困难，需要有毅力和恒心，还需要有克服困难的勇气。学习成绩只是属于智商的一部分，而成绩再好，如果情商不够，也就是心理素质不好，那将会影响高考的发挥。这就是为什么很多孩子平时成绩很好，高考却发挥失常的原因。

孩子最需要的是爱和安全。和睦的夫妻关系，充满爱的和谐环境，有利于孩子的身心健康。这样的家庭环境中走出来的孩子，性格好，身体好，学习不用老师操心太多，还会非常自信，有爱心。而这个是除了父母之外的任何人都给予不了的！
好父母胜过好老师，父母日常生活中言传身教的影响比老师课堂45分钟的影响要大的多。而且，只有父母才是孩子“永不退休”的班主任。
你的孩子对于老师而言，只是他的学生之一。对于你而言，却是你的整个世界。老师可以有一届又一届的学生，而你只有孩子一个，还永不能“退货”！你都不怕天塌下来，老师何必在乎那N分之一？教育孩子是老师需要履行的责任，却是家长必须应尽的义务！而且老师更多的是交给孩子课本知识，一个再好的老师都代替不了家长在孩子心中的地位，也不可能替你担负所有的职责！
